Work through these steps one at a time. Most people find their code within the first few steps.
Email programs sometimes put messages in the wrong folder. Here's how to check:
Most email programs have a search bar at the top of the screen. Click on it and try searching for any of the following:
If you see the email appear in the search results, click on it to find your code.
The code email comes from:
DoNotReply@hcsoma.org
The subject line will include the words "Visit HCSO". If you see an email from this address, that's the one with your code.
It's possible our email address was accidentally added to your blocked senders list. If that happened, our emails won't reach you at all.
To check, look in your email settings for a section called Blocked Senders, Blocked Addresses, or Filters. If you see DoNotReply@hcsoma.org in that list, remove it and then request a new code.
Sometimes emails take a few minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider. If it's only been a minute or two, wait a bit longer and then check your inbox again.
For your security, codes only last for a limited time. If you've been troubleshooting for a while, your code may no longer work.
If that happens, don't worry — just request a new one by following the steps below.
If your code is expired, lost, or you just want a fresh one:
This works even if you just signed up for the first time. You don't need to register again — just use the login page.
If you accidentally typed your email wrong when you first signed up, the code was sent to the wrong address.
